Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, please provide at least 48 hours’ written notice.

A flat cancellation charge of £50 will apply to any cleaning visit that is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

Please Note: Our cleaners reserve the right to adjust the quoted price if the condition or size of your property requires more extensive work than initially selected in the booking form. This may apply to homes that need a deep clean, high ceilings properties, or where there are extra rooms (bathrooms, toilets, or reception rooms) not included in your original booking. Any changes will always be discussed and agreed with you before work begins.
