We understand plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a charge of £50 to cover preparatory costs.

Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. We appreciate your understanding — as a small family business, timely updates help us keep our schedule fair and efficient for all clients.
