Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By registering or using Cleanwich, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). This Agreement is entered into by and between Cleanwich ("we", "us", "our") and you as an individual or as an authorized representative of a legal entity ("you"). If you do not agree with any of the terms, you must not access or use our platform.
2. Services Description
Cleanwich is an online platform that provides a searchable directory and booking system for cleaning services. We do not own, manage, or operate any cleaning company listed on the platform. Our role is limited to enabling connections and transactions between clients and independent service Providers.
3. Disclaimer for Clients
Cleanwich does not guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, or accuracy of services or information provided by cleaning Providers. We are not responsible for pricing, availability, performance, or any loss or damages resulting from services booked through the platform.
By using Cleanwich, you accept that any service agreement is solely between you and the selected Provider. We shall not be liable for any disputes or issues that arise.
4. Obligations of Providers
Providers agree to a monthly subscription fee and a 3% commission on all bookings processed through Cleanwich. The platform allows a negative balance up to £10, which must be repaid promptly. Failure to do so may lead to service suspension.
Providers are responsible for keeping their payment methods valid and up to date. In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to pause access until dues are cleared.
Cleanwich assumes no liability for financial loss, missed business opportunities, or expectations of revenue from Providers’ use of the system.
Cleanwich is not responsible for any loss, breach, or unauthorised disclosure of information related to your clients or staff. It is the Provider’s sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, use secure passwords, and update them regularly to protect sensitive data.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, ideas, workflows, booking logic, visual designs, templates, and structures used in Cleanwich are the intellectual property of Cleanwich. Copying, replicating, modifying, or distributing this content without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Subscription and Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Cleanwich uses Stripe for secure payment processing. By providing payment details, you authorize automatic billing. If automatic payment fails, Cleanwich will issue a notice with a deadline for payment.
7. Changes to Fees and Terms
We may revise fees and terms with prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cleanwich shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, business, or profits, whether based on breach of contract or negligence. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid in the preceding 3 months for the use of our service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for breach of terms or failure to pay. Users may terminate their account at any time via written notice. Upon termination, access to all data and features will cease.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
11. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
You agree not to disclose or reproduce any part of the Cleanwich platform or its components, including system structure and business logic. Our business methods are confidential and protected by law.
